6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers within the EU)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

  • During this period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.

  • Products may only be returned if unused, unopened and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Note: Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed.
